St. Johns River State College and Clay County School District agree to establish a relationship to improve the dual enrollment and postsecondary opportunities of Clay County students. Pragmatic Works agrees to pay for the instructional cost associated with an SJR State faculty to provide dual enrollment instruction at a site designated by the Clay County School District. This cost will not exceed the direct instructional cost of two 3 credit hour courses ($1,750 per course). Pragmatic Works agrees to pay for the cost of textbooks for each student enrolled in the course to the Clay County School District.

The CCSD agrees to provide computer lab facilities for instruction.
